We have built a position of honesty and total transparency, along with a strong emphasis on producing a quality finished product, whilst providing exceptional customer service, both during and after construction.
Len Bogatin and Denis Mathieson founded LBA (Len Bogatin & Associates) in 1985. The idea was to bring the customer focus of commercial construction to the residential market. With their passion for residential construction and experience in commercial construction, Len and Denis saw a gap in the market for professionalism in the home building space, and this continues to be at the forefront of LBA’s vision.
The company continues to be a family run business with Denis’s son Simon and Len’s son Adam now joining Len as Directors of the business. LBA Construction has grown to a team of 70 passionate and experienced staff members. Built on core values of honesty, integrity, ‘do what’s right’ and respect, LBA have become one of Melbourne’s most recognised and pre-eminent builders.
